    Player Complaint Forum Policies/Guideline

    This section is used for those Breaking Rules.

    First off, we'd like to apologize you even have to visit this thread, normally your visit to this thread means you have come into conflict with another person who is apart of our community! We would like to take the necessary steps to make  your  experience with DracoGrotto better.


    Please note the following guidelines:
    You are posting in this section due to a player breaking a rule of DracoGrotto.
    Each case is handled separately. Separate outcomes can happen for the same rule being broken! If you have reported a Staff member, they will not take over the case. a higher ranking official normally will. Most reports will be handled by our staff.
    Hesitate contact with those you are complaining about
    If you post in this section without good reason you will be punished. In simpler terms, we don't want people ganging up on someone just because they "dislike" them. If you have good input, please post to help the case. If your information is irrelevant, threatening, disrespectful, or doesn't follow these guidelines you may be forum-banned!
    When reporting someone must have evidence that could not have been tampered, and are beyond a  reasonable doubt. We cannot just take someone's word of a situation, although eye-witnesses will help your case; a report without any proof will be dismissed!
    If you are posting multiple screenshots please do so as an album on http://imgur.com.com/
    If the person you are complaining about contacts you outside of this thread, please take screenshots. Copied chat logs do not count.
    If you feel you are not being helped accurately please contact a higher ranking official.
    You cannot request punishments, those are handled by staff.
    Lastly, understand we are here to better your situation! Please don't get frustrated with our staff, we are here to help.
